What is the turnaround time for programs?

Turnaround time is based on your Day of Service and when your proof approval is confirmed — not when your order is placed or materials are received. The clock starts at proof approval. The schedule below applies to pick-up and delivery orders of obituary tribute programs only. See the full schedule in the Turnaround & Shipping tab below.

What fees are involved?

A $75 design fee applies to orders under 100 copies — it is not charged on print-only orders where you supply a complete, print-ready file. Two rounds of revisions are included; additional revisions are $55 each.

How do I place an order?

Complete the online order form at /order-obituaries, or call (901) 921-0110. You can upload photos and content directly through the form. Walk-ins are welcome at 2960 Chelsea Avenue Unit B, Memphis, TN 38108.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. Farris Media ships printed products nationwide. Local pickup and delivery are also available in the Memphis, TN area. Shipping costs are not auto-calculated — a team member confirms your rate at the time of order.

What file formats do you accept for photos?

We accept JPEG and PNG files. HEIC/HEVC files from iPhones must be converted to JPEG or PNG before uploading. High-resolution images (300 DPI or higher) produce the best print quality.

Do you offer obituary writing services?

Yes. Mrs. Dee provides professional obituary writing. You supply the details — dates, memories, survivors — and she crafts a dignified tribute. Writing is available as a standalone service or bundled with program design and printing.
