You may schedule an appointment with us. We are always here to assist during this time of need at a location of your choice. Many of our families have chosen to meet at their homes, at a service funeral home, at our office, at a local coffee shop, at a church, or via telephone or online video conference.
As a courtesy for allowing our team to serve your family, you will receive an email that can be redeemed at Alpha Omega Monuments, Etc. LLC after the service. This coupon is valued at one complimentary cameo or a $200 discount.
We understand that changes are sometimes needed and desired. We provide you with two revisions at no additional cost. If additional revisions are needed, there is a charge of $55 per additional revision.
Standard fees applied to all orders:
- $75 design fee — orders under 100 copies; not charged on print-only orders
- $75 small quantity fee — orders under 100 copies; waived at 100+
- $75 rush same-day/next-day fee — subject to availability; call (901) 921-0110 to confirm

You tell us about your loved one — their life, their personality, the moments that made them unforgettable. We accept your information by phone, video call, in-person appointment, or through our online form. Mrs. Dee listens, asks the right questions, and gathers the details that make a tribute feel truly personal.
Most print shops ask for a name and dates. We ask about the person behind them.

We Craft the Design
Your story, beautifully composed
Our team — led by The Obituary Queen™ herself — writes, designs, and lays out your program using the story you shared. We select layouts, typography, and imagery that honor the tone of your loved one's life. Every element is intentional.
We don't just place text on a template. We compose a tribute that reads like the person lived.

Review Your Proof
See it before it prints
You receive a digital proof — a full preview of your program exactly as it will be printed. Review every detail: the wording, the photos, the layout. Two revisions are included with your order. Additional revisions are available for $55 each. Your approval is required before a single page goes to press. Nothing prints without your sign-off.
Your peace of mind matters. We never rush you through the proof stage.

You Approve — We Print
Your approval starts the press
Once you confirm the proof, your order enters production. We print on premium paper stocks with gloss or matte finishes — the quality families notice and compliment. Production timing is based on order details, quantity, and the current production schedule.
The clock starts with your "yes" — not when you submit the form.

Pickup, Delivery, or Ship
In your hands when you need them
Pick up from our Memphis location at 2960 Chelsea Ave Unit B, arrange local delivery, or have your programs shipped nationwide via UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is available. We coordinate around your service schedule so programs arrive on time.
We understand the timeline is not flexible. We treat every deadline as sacred.
